Foundation 10 is a collection of great food and great people in Palm Springs, California. With four restaurants and a hotel we provide an incomparable experience. Owned by local chef, restaurateur, and hotelier Tara Lazar, Foundation 10 is an adventurous group. We are inspired by people, food, drink, art, music, design and travel. With Cheeky’s, Birba, Mr. Lyons and Alcazar, we like to think we’ve struck the perfect balance: foodies and non-foodies, young creatives and old school traditionalists, jet setters and homebodies, Palm Springs natives and urban dwellers just dipping in for a weekend escape. We’re fresh. F10 Creative is dedicated to Small Farm Food. We use responsibly sourced meats and local produce whenever possible. You can feel the freshness of our dishes, and you’ll come back with a craving for it.
