SWHHS is a multi-county agency committed to strengthening individuals, families and communities by providing quality services in a respectful, caring and cost-effective manner


We are a government organization that provides a variety of services to serve our communities in Southwestern Minnesota. Formed as a result of previous successfull government collaborations in the region, Commissioners from six different Southwestern, MN Counties created a long-term strategy to reduce barriers to services for the public and develop and support a variety of specialty services for our rural Minnesota stakeholders.
