Through a carefully designed program, future academics and professionals from around the world pursue rigorous scholarship and research into educational systems and processes. Graduates from UAlbany EPL hold leadership positions at colleges and universities, school districts, governmental agencies, NGOs, education-related companies, and other organizations.

A renowned and multidisciplinary team of researchers, policy analysts, and educational leaders engaged in capacity building activities across the globe.

All of EPL'​ distinguished full-time faculty have doctorates, and collectively provide a valuable mix of academic and practical experience in all levels of school and institutional leadership, higher education, private sector education and policy analysis.

EPL offers certificate, masters and doctoral programs in Higher Education Leadership, School Leadership and Education Policy.
